Derek S Johnson
Biography
Dr. Derek Johnson specializes in minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, hip and knee. He specializes in arthroscopic shoulder rotator cuff repair and labral repair and ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair of the knee. He is a graduate of the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Program at Midwestern University-Glendale Medical School and completed his Orthopaedic Surgery residency at Pinnacle Health System in Harrisburg, PA. He currently serves as the Department Chair of Orthopedic Surgery at Wilcox Medical Center.
Dr. Johnson strongly believes in mentoring students interested in health careers and is an avid volunteer for local youth and high school athletics.
